Regulations 950 CMR 140.00

Secretary Galvin's UCC Division has added a new search function, for informational purposes. The informational Exact Match Search allows searchers to search an organizational name exactly, including its corporate ending. Noise words (such as 'Corporation', 'Corp.', 'Limited Liability Company', or 'LLC') are not ignored by the Exact Match search logic, it applies the logic defined in 950 CMR 140.49, with the exception of 140.49(5).
