NOTICE Filing fees are verified prior to issuing a certificate. If filing fees are made by cash, money order, bank check, or credit/debit card before 7pm, certificates may issue the following business day.
If made by electronic check before 7pm, certificates may issue in three business days. If made by paper check, certificates may issue in 10 business days.
A limited number of certificates are available through email. Check our current list with the link below to determine whether a certificate is available via email.
LLC good standing certificates are not available electronically.

The default method of sending certificates is by regular mail unless the email box is checked.
If you do not see an email box, the certificate is not available via email.
If you do check the box, the certificate is delivered to the email address entered on the form below.
